Your Shortcut 👇 Open your sent folder and read the last 20 replies you sent. If you've typed the same answer twice, it belongs on your FAQ page, not in your sent folder. Then start one capture list today. Every question that comes in gets logged with where it came from and the date. You can't process what you never logged. And when you write the FAQ, adapt it from the reply you actually sent instead of starting from scratch. It stays accurate, it sounds like you, and doing this by hand once a month still puts you ahead of almost everyone.
