Not business related

move in march monthly movement challenge

I sit too much.

Which feels strange to say because I didn’t used to be like this.

I played sports most of my life. Softball, volleyball, basketball, kickboxing.

Moving was just… normal. It was part of who I was.

And then I started a business & had 2 kids.

And slowly, without really noticing, my days shifted to sitting.

At a desk. On Zoom calls. Building backend systems, automations, landing pages..etc.

I realized that although I'm building something I love…I'm barely moving my body in the process.

I help my clients create momentum in business all the time. Consistency. Small steps. Showing up.

But my body wasn’t getting the same attention.

So I decided to change that and created a simple challenge to move more called Move in March - no extreme workouts, no "weight loss" goals...just moving.

This isn't business-related - there's no coaching or strategies. We're just coming together as humans to build the habit of moving more. Plus, there are fun prizes! 💰

If you want to learn more and join, you can find the details on this page.

Hope to see you in the challenge!

PS: If you know someone who would be interested in moving more, forward this email to them so they can join too.
